All international students (classified as overseas for fee purposes) enrolling in a taught or research Master’s programme, or a PhD, are required to pay a tuition fee deposit of £4,000 to confirm their place at the University of Hull.
If a student decides to withdraw from their course—either temporarily or permanently—the University of Hull calculates tuition fees, including any applicable fee waivers or discounts, based on the student’s official date of withdrawal. ✅ Withdrawal during Term 1: 25% of the tuition fees are payable ✅ Withdrawal during Term 2: 50% of the tuition fees are payable ✅ Withdrawal during Term 3: 100% of the tuition fees are payable Additionally, if a newly enrolled student withdraws within 14 days of the official course start date (not the date of enrolment), no tuition fees will be charged.
