When you submit an enquiry, Start Your Journey registration, webinar registration, or similar form, you agree to:
- Provide truthful personal and academic information.
- Allow Choice Abroad to contact you about your enquiry by email, phone, or messaging apps you provide.
- Understand that submitting a form does not guarantee admission, a visa, a scholarship, or a place at any institution.
Providing false information may result in us declining to continue assisting you.
4. Consultancy Services
Choice Abroad provides guidance and support. University admissions, visa decisions, and scholarship awards are made by third parties (institutions, governments, and funders). We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Advice we provide is general information based on your stated goals and documents. It is not immigration legal advice unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
5. Fees
Some services may be free; others may involve fees. Any fees, payment schedules, and refund rules will be explained before you commit to a paid service. Website use for browsing and submitting an initial enquiry does not by itself create a fee obligation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, graphics, and materials — is owned by Choice Abroad or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct

9. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to universities, partners, social networks, or other external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Disclaimer
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Always verify critical requirements (admissions, visas, fees) with the relevant institution or authority.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services where these terms are breached or where continued assistance is not reasonably possible.
13. Governing Law

15. Contact Us
Questions about these terms can be sent via our Contact page or emailed to info@choiceabroad.ie.
16. Refer a Friend Programme
Choice Abroad may offer a Refer a Friend programme that rewards eligible participants for referring friends who complete registration through an approved referral link.
To qualify for a referral reward:
- You and your friend must provide accurate contact details.
- Your friend must use the unique referral link (or process) we provide.
- A referral reward becomes eligible only after the referred friend has successfully completed their registration and we have verified it.
- Submission of a referral alone does not qualify for a reward.
- If multiple people refer the same individual, the reward, if applicable, will only be considered for the referral we determine to be valid under programme rules.
The type and method of delivery of any referral reward shall be confirmed when a referral is approved. While a programme is active, the publicly advertised reward on the Refer a Friend page is a voucher worth up to €50, subject to verification and these terms.
Choice Abroad reserves the right to refuse or cancel any referral reward where fraud, self-referral, duplicate claims, or abuse is suspected, and may change or end the programme at any time.
