By 1913, it had formally begun operations as the Olds School of Agriculture and Home Economics. In the financial year 2022–23, the institution adopted its current name, Olds College of Agriculture & Technology, reflecting its continued growth and evolving academic vision. Olds College has a single main campus located in Olds, Alberta, a picturesque small town set amid vast prairies with striking views of the Rocky Mountains to the west.
