Established in 1975, Northern Lights College (NLC) is a public institution located in Northern British Columbia, Canada. The college derives its name from the Aurora Borealis, a natural phenomenon frequently visible in the region. Over the years, NLC has expanded to include five campuses, with the main campus being Dawson Creek, and the other four, namely Fort St. John, Fort Nelson, Chetwynd, and Tumbler Ridge. Along with these, there are two access centres in Atlin and Dease Lake. Today, the college serves more than 3,300 students, with approximately 25% representing the international student community.
