Monash University Malaysia is the first international campus of Monash University Australia, a member of the prestigious Group of Eight, known for excellence in teaching and research. Established in 1998, the Malaysia campus represents a significant global expansion of Monash. Founded in Melbourne in 1958, the University now operates across four continents. Apart from Malaysia, Monash has campuses in Australia (Clayton, Caulfield, Peninsula, Parkville), China (Suzhou), India (Mumbai), and Italy (Prato). Located in Bandar Sunway, a thriving township just outside Kuala Lumpur, Monash Malaysia is home to a vibrant student population of over 11,000, representing more than 85 nationalities.
