About Marist University, Florence
Founded in 1972, Marist University has its main campus in Poughkeepsie, New York, along with a well-established campus in Florence, developed in partnership with the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute. It is the only U.S. bachelor’s degree-granting universities in Italy, offering students the opportunity to earn an American degree while studying in Italy. The Florence campus is academically structured across seven schools, including Communication and Arts, Computer Science and Mathematics, Liberal Arts, Management, Science, Social and Behavioural Sciences, and the Division of Extended Learning.
