Established in the year 2000, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai campus is the first Indian multi-disciplinary university to set up its campus in the UAE. Today, it welcomes over 2,600 students from more than 45 countries, making it one of the most diverse universities to study in Dubai, the GCC nations, the Middle East, and the African regions. Recently, MAHE Dubai moved to its new state-of-the-art campus located in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC). Spread over an impressive 850,000 sq. ft, the campus can accommodate up to 4,000 students and features advanced labs, design studios, a well-stocked library, sports facilities, and modern classrooms that support hands-on learning. As the first international campus of Manipal Academy of Higher Education, the Dubai branch is supported by a strong academic legacy rooted in India. MAHE also has campuses in Manipal, Mangaluru, Bengaluru, and Jamshedpur, as well as a global campus in Malaysia. The Dubai Campus includes five schools: the School of Life Sciences, Manipal Institute of Liberal Arts, School of Business, School of Design and Architecture, and School of Engineering and IT, offering a broad spectrum of programs. The institution is fully licensed by the UAE’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and approved by both the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Government of India. It is also permitted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), further ensuring its credibility among universities in Dubai.
