International Business Academy Denmark is one of the most globally connected institutions in the country. Located in the scenic town of Kolding, this innovative university in Denmark began its journey in 1983 as Kolding Købmandsskole and has grown into a well-respected name in international business education. IBA Kolding has built a strong global network, partnering with more than 85 universities and institutions across the world, including in countries like China, South Korea, Brazil, the USA, as well as throughout Europe in the UK, France, Spain, and Romania. These partnerships allow students to gain valuable international exposure and experience through exchange programs, joint projects, and global collaborations. Currently, IBA hosts over 1,200 students in its full-time Danish higher education programs, with more than 600 international students enrolled in its English-taught bachelor's and master's degrees. Supporting this diverse student body is a team of 150 faculty and staff, along with 85 freelance instructors who bring a wide range of expertise to the classroom. IBA Kolding is also an active member of the prestigious Network of International Business Schools (NIBS), holds the Erasmus Charter, and is part of the UNESCO Schools Network—an international initiative focused on knowledge sharing and educational collaboration worldwide.
