A conditional offer indicates that the applicant has been accepted pending the submission of remaining required documents or final grades. For students applying directly from high school, this usually means final Grade 12 marks or confirmation of graduation is still required. For applicants currently studying at a college or university, the college may still need final course results or proof of graduation. All outstanding documents must be submitted by the deadline provided in the offer, which usually falls toward the end of July.
