Aston University has a rich history of evolution and innovation. Established in 1895 as the Birmingham Municipal Technical School, it transitioned to Birmingham Central Technical College in 1927 and became the College of Technology in 1951. It achieved University status through a royal charter on April 22, 1966. Situated on a 60-acre urban campus at Gosta Green in Birmingham's city centre, the University offers an all-inclusive range of amenities for 18,000 students from 120+ countries.
