Students may enroll in 3 to 5 courses per term. To maintain full-time student status, a minimum of 3 courses is required. Those wishing to take 5 courses must complete an additional approval form, which will be provided upon request.
Yes. Medical insurance is legally required for all international students studying in Canada. Acsenda School of Management facilitates this by enrolling students in GuardMe, an emergency-only medical insurance plan. Students are strongly advised to apply for the British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP) as soon as they are eligible.
Study schedules vary based on course selection. As these courses form part of a bachelor’s degree program, students are expected to commit to a minimum of six hours of independent study outside of class each week, in addition to attending scheduled lectures.
Yes, a Statement of Purpose (SOP) is a mandatory component of the application process. Applicants must ensure that the SOP is submitted in Microsoft Word format; PDF submissions are not accepted.
